Detailed Inspection Services

Pre-purchase inspection (PPI)

An inspection service conducted at the auction houses or dealers site to check the actual condition of the vehicle, ensuring that the quality of the vehicle meet the client requirements prior to purchase.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

A pre-shipment inspection service that strictly follow the requirements of the importing country, the government set the standard and GIS as an approved and accredited independent inspection company ensures that the vehicle that will be shipped to the country meets its road regulations and is safe to be used by the end user and the public, this inspection is conducted at the facility prior to shipment.

Roadworthiness Inspection (RWI)

A vehicle inspection to determine and ensure that it is roadworthy to be driven in the road, this inspection is conducted at the facility prior to shipment.

Vehicle Condition Inspection (VCI)

An inspection service that checks the vehicle at any site/location, to ensure that the client specifications are followed, ensuring that the auction sheets data information and the actual vehicle condition is same, if there are additional damages, GIS inspectors will note and inform to customers to make a sound judgement prior to purchase, this inspection is conducted at the auction or at the location site.

Structural Border Inspection (SBI)

An inspection to ensure that the vehicle has no structural damages and the energy management path is not compromised, conducted at the site for units bound to New Zealand.

Sanitation and Quarantine Biosecurity Inspection (SQBI)

Conduct cleaning and do inspection to ensure cleanliness and the vehicle is free from unwanted plants and pests, conducted at the site for units bound to New Zealand.

Max Care Inspection (MCI)

An inspection conducted at the site in service of customers.

On Arrival Inspection (OAI)

A roadworthiness inspection conducted at the facility for units that has arrived into the importing countries.

Compliance Entry Certification (CEC)

A compliance inspection ensuring that the vehicle that has arrived NZ comply to the government vehicle inspection requirements manual, conducted at the facility for units that has arrived into New Zealand.

Repair Specialist Certifier (RSC)

A repair evaluation service conducted at the facility for units to be shipped and have arrived New Zealand, in partnership with Japan repair shops, compliance centers, repair shops and panel & paint shops in NZ.

Transport and Shipping Confirmation Services (TSC)

GIS in partnership with vehicle transporter and forwarders, customs clearance agencies, stevedores and shipping companies including compliance centers and repair shops, Transport Services Delivery Agents (TSDAs) for all units bound to be shipped from exporting country to the importing county servicing the customers.

Quality Management Consultancy Services (QMC)

An advisory service to small, medium, large business who seek advise and guidance in setting up their company to be compliant to the International Standard. Assisting in the documentation, audits, identifying corrective and preventive actions, setting up key performance indicators, monitoring and assessment of employee, departmental and overall performance. Assist in ensuring good implementation of management review to ensure company’s continual and profitable improvement.

Vehicle Photography services (VPS)

A photography service conducted at any site servicing the customers.

Vehicle Tracking System (VTS)

A monitoring service with vehicle QR coding to GPS locate vehicles transported from auction houses or any other locations, repairing, inspection, assignment to vessel, custom clearance, loading to vessel and shipment, arrival, compliance, and released to end users.

Electronic 3D Measuring (e3M)

GIS Electronic 3D Measuring (E3M) pairing, measuring instruments and integrated new car manufacturers database will be able to accurately diagnose if a vehicle has previously been in a collision where the structural integrity has been compromised.

Any variation within +/- 2 points of the manufacturers data is considered under OEM standards structurally sound with no further interventions required.
